CT 40

Here's another strange one: the "40 Connector" off I-91 to Route 10 in Mt. Carmel. Gotta be a good explanation for that one...

I often wondered why Mount Carmel needed a four-lane access from I-91. I never understood why this was there until I read about the proposed CT 10 Expressway.
